We just did this yesterday at our church and it was amazing! The music is great (at times, the lyrics are a little fast to keep up with) and entertaining.We had forty people who showed up to perform and they made costumes, rehearsed their roles, shared a meal, and entertained a small audience. The product is great in that you cannot make a mistake! Everything is planned for you, up through the materials you need, etc. Our group had a blast and it was amazing to have so many together who were prepared to celebrate the birth of Jesus!
Hoping that Group will come out with a new pageant format for this next year! It works perfectly with our parish setting.

Our church did this as a "family friendly" Advent activity (instead of the usual Christmas Pageant. All ages showed up and it was a hoot! The four "teams" each had a great time making their simple props and costumes, and when we presented it in the sanctuary, it was a huge hit!
A number of people showed up to watch, too...we loved it! Clever and fun way to "put on a show" without memorizing and long rehearsals -- kids are just so busy these days!
